First the ground will be prepared. The ground will be leveled and pressed. After it has been pressed it is perfectly straight and flat. The next step will be to put the foundation on top. The pre-foundation helps to achieve a nice result.
Pour the concrete foundation if necessary. Sometimes not concrete but tiles will be used. These will be layered in cement on to the pre-foundation. After the foundation is set the land is ready to be walked on or to carry vehicles.
The floor how we call it, is the top part of the material being used for the foundation. Different materials can be used to finish the floor of the land.
In every structure concrete expansion joints will be added to take away pressure caused by movement. The concrete expansion joints prevents cracking or damage. It is important to insulate the area around the concrete expansion joint to prevent water and moisture entering other parts laying under the ground.
In every structure there will also be drainage systems. It is important to have a drainage system applied around the land to take away excess water. The area around the system needs to be sealed to prevent leaking. A suitable product with strong adhension needs to be used to fill up the gaps.
