HOW TO USE

LOGIC UW

Logic UW is composed of two components: Logic UW – component A and Logic UW – component B. It is crucial to blend these two components in a 1:1 mixing ratio. When applying Logic UW, it is necessary to create holes around the cracks. Subsequently, the Logic UW mixture should be introduced into an injection machine. This injection machine utilizes packers to exert pressure on the Logic UW mixture and inject it into the pre-drilled holes.

How does Logic Insulation work ?

Step 1 :

Preliminary Surface Check and Debris Removal

Before starting, ensure the surface is free of excess materials. This is a crucial step for a smooth Logic UW application process.

Step 2 :

Strategic Drilling for Logic UW Application

Initiate by drilling holes at a height of 12.5 cm, angling them at 45 degrees, spaced every 25 cm in width. For the second layer, drill at a height of +25 cm, placing holes in a crossed pattern for optimal coverage. This results in four holes per meter, ensuring uniform distribution.

Step 3 :

Installing Injection Packers

Carefully place injection packers in the prepared holes. This step is essential for the successful injection of the Logic UW resin.

Step 4 :

Logic UW Preparation

Create the Logic UW mixture by combining Component A and Component B in a 1:1 ratio using the designated machine. This precise mixture is key for optimal performance.

Step 5 :

Injection Hose Setup and Logic UW Injection

Connect the injection hoses from the machine to the packers. Inject the prepared resin mixture at 60 bar into the holes until each is saturated, ensuring thorough coverage.

Typically, each hole will require between 250-500 ml of the mixture.

Completing the Process with Hole Sealing

After the resin has set, remove the packers and fill the holes with cement or a suitable repair mortar, marking the completion of the application process.
