HOW TO USE

LOGIC DS


Logic DS is a two-component system comprising Components A and B, which need to be mixed in equal proportions. Once blended, the Logic DS mixture can be effortlessly applied using a paintbrush. Ensure the even distribution of the Logic DS mixture over the target surface and allow it to dry for 12-24 hours. After the initial curing, apply a second coating for optimal results.

Kickstart your project with Logic DS by first ensuring the surface is thoroughly cleaned and free from excess materials. This initial cleaning is vital for the effective application of Logic DS and achieving the best results.

Mixing Logic DS Components

To prepare Logic DS, accurately mix Component A with Component B in a 1:4 ratio. Employ a construction or paint mixer for a thorough blend, ensuring the components are uniformly mixed for consistent application.

Efficient Application Using Brush or Airless Sprayer

Logic DS can be applied either with a brush or an airless sprayer, depending on your preference and the project's requirements. For enhanced adhesion, apply 1-2 layers of Logic DP as a primer. It's important to saturate the surface to its full potential, aligning with the wall's water vapor diffusion density. Generally, low-porous surfaces should receive a two-layer application of Logic DS, while high-porous surfaces may require up to three layers for thorough coverage.

Drying Time and Additional Coating Application

The Logic DS typically requires 6-12 hours to penetrate the surface fully and dry. After the first coating has dried, apply the second layer. For low-porous surfaces, consider adding a third layer for optimal protection and finish.
