HOW TO USE

LOGIC DP

Logic DP is a two-component product comprising Components A and B, which must be mixed in equal proportions. Once thoroughly mixed, Logic DP can be effortlessly applied using a paintbrush. Ensure the even distribution of the Logic DP mixture over the intended surface, and allow it to dry for 24 hours.

How does Logic Insulation work ?

Step 1 :

Initial Surface Preparation

Begin your Logic DP application journey with a thorough surface inspection and cleaning. It's imperative to remove all excess material, ensuring the surface is perfectly clean and ready for treatment. This foundational step is key to the successful application of Logic DP.

Step 2 :

Mixing Logic DP Components for Optimal Consistency

Prepare Logic DP by combining Component A and Component B in an equal 1:1 ratio. Use a reliable construction or paint mixer to achieve a thorough, homogenous mix of the components, essential for a consistent and effective application.

Step 3 :

Efficient and Effective Logic DP Application

Apply Logic DP using a paint roller for an even and smooth layer. Achieving full saturation is crucial for the product's effectiveness. For low-porous surfaces, a two-coat treatment is typically sufficient for complete protection. In contrast, highly porous surfaces require deeper penetration of Logic DP. Start with the first coat and then apply additional coats at 15-30 minute intervals. Depending on the surface's porosity, this process might be repeated 5 to 6 times to ensure maximum protection.

Step 4:

Drying Time and Additional Coating for Enhanced Protection

Allow approximately 3 hours for Logic DP to penetrate and dry on the surface. After the first coating has dried, apply a second layer. For low-porous surfaces, a third layer may be necessary to ensure the best protective outcome.
