WHY TO USE

LOGIC UH FLEX

The expansion of your concrete floor or columns creates a lot of pressure on the surface. Because this expansion shows a lot of movement, cracks appear in the concrete. Logic UH Flex is an elastic sealing mortar that adapts to movement. That means that cracks are easily repaired and your concrete surface is protected by the elasticity of Logic UH Flex.

HOW TO USE

LOGIC UH FLEX

To prepare the Logic UH Flex mixture, combine components A and B in a 1:1 mixing ratio, and then mix it with sand. For smaller cracks, simply break open the crack and pour the Logic UH Flex mixture into it. However, for larger expansion cracks, create a wooden form into which the Logic UH Flex mixture can be poured. This form will hold the mixture in place while it dries. After approximately 24 hours, the Logic UH Flex will be dry and you can remove the wooden form.

Begin your repair project by thoroughly examining the surface for any irregularities or damages. Removing all excess material is crucial to ensure a pristine and ready surface for Logic UH FLEX application, which significantly boosts the repair's efficacy.

Step 2:

Accurate Surface Marking and Concrete Excavation

Accurate Surface Marking and Concrete Excavation Carefully delineate the area requiring treatment. Employ a concrete cutting machine for precise removal within the marked zone, thus setting the stage for an effective Logic UH FLEX application.

Step 3:

Precise Logic UH FLEX Mixture Preparation

Create the Logic UH FLEX mix by blending Component A and B in equal parts in a construction bucket. Gradually add 9-12 kg of sand to the mix, adjusting based on the sand type. Use 0.5 kg each of Component A and B, and around 9 kg of sand, combining them thoroughly with a construction mixer for a consistent repair mortar.

Step 4:

Applying Logic UH FLEX Mortar Effectively

Pour the ready Logic UH FLEX mortar into the designated area. Let it settle for 30 minutes before adding a fine sand layer on top to optimize the results. For larger cracks, use a wooden form to maintain the mortar's position during the setting process.

Step 5 :

Monitoring Logic UH FLEX Curing Process

Give the Logic UH FLEX sufficient time to cure, which may range from 6 to 24 hours, influenced by the size of the area and the surrounding environmental conditions.

Step 6 :

Rigorous Surface Testing and Project Completion

Once the Logic UH FLEX mortar is completely dry, proceed to remove any wooden forms used. This marks the successful completion of the surface repair process, ensuring a robust and enduring fix.
