LOGIC UW FLEX

Logic UW Flex is composed of two components: Logic UW Flex component A and Logic UW Flex component B. It is crucial to mix these two components in a 1:1 ratio. When applying Logic UW Flex, it is necessary to create holes around the cracks. Afterward, pour the Logic UW Flex mixture into an injection machine. The injection machine will exert pressure and utilize packers to push the Logic UW Flex mixture into the drilled holes.

Start by drilling holes at a calculated height of 12.5 cm, angled at 45 degrees, and spaced every 25 cm across the width. For deeper penetration, drill a second layer of holes at a height of +25 cm, arranging them in a crossed pattern. This strategic drilling results in four evenly spaced holes per meter, ensuring uniform Logic UW FLEX coverage.

Attach the injection hoses from the machine to the packers and begin injecting the prepared Logic UH FLEX  mixture at a consistent pressure of 60 bar. Ensure each hole is thoroughly saturated for complete coverage. This step is pivotal for the effective filling and sealing of cracks with Logic UW FLEX.

Finalization and Sealing with Logic UW FLEX
