LOGIC UH

To address expansion cracks on your concrete surface, the recommended solution is to seal them using Logic UH. By combining Logic UH- component A, Logic UH- component B, and sand, you can effectively repair these cracks in a durable manner. The advanced technical composition of Logic UH plays a key role in preventing water evaporation in the concrete and providing protection against the pressure-induced expansion cracks caused by sulfates. Once treated with Logic UH, your surface gains long-lasting protection against cracking, ensuring its durability over time.

HOW TO USE

LOGIC UH

To prepare the Logic UH mixture, combine components A and B in a 1:1 mixing ratio and mix it with sand. For repairing cracks, open the crack and pour the Logic UH mixture into it. In the case of larger expansion cracks, create a wooden form to hold the Logic UH mixture in place. Allow the mixture to dry for 24 hours, after which the form can be removed, completing the repair process.

How does Logic Insulation work ?

Step 1 :

Surface Evaluation and Material Removal

Initiate the process by inspecting the targeted surface for any cracks or damage. It's essential to remove any excess material to ensure a clean and prepared surface for the application of Logic UH, enhancing the effectiveness of the repair.

Step 2 :

Surface Marking and Concrete Removal

Clearly mark the area that requires treatment. Utilize a concrete cutting machine to precisely cut the outlined area. Then, proceed to break and remove the concrete within this marked zone, preparing it for the application of Logic UH.

Step 3 :

Preparation of Logic UH Mixture

To prepare the Logic UH mixture, combine Component A and Component B in a construction bucket in a 1:1 ratio. After thoroughly mixing these components, add sand to create a repair mortar. The quantity of sand needed varies between 9-12 kg, depending on the type used. Prepare the mixture with 0.5 kg of Component A, 0.5 kg of Component B, and approximately 9 kg of sand, mixing until smooth with a construction mixer.

Step 4 :

Application of Logic UH Mortar

Pour the prepared Logic UH mortar into the prepared area. Allow the mortar to settle for 30 minutes before applying a thin layer of sand on top for enhanced results. For larger expansion cracks, consider using a wooden form to hold the Logic UH mixture in place.
